Hear ye, hear ye, nobles and gentles! The success of the Faire depends heavily on the commitment of dedicated volunteers, and we need your help to make the Hoggetowne Medieval Faire as spectacular as ever.

Volunteer Information:
- All volunteers are required to view an orientation video prior to arriving.
- Volunteer shifts are a minimum of 4.5 hours per day. Free admission to the faire is included before or after your shift.
- Volunteer positions are open to all ages!
- Those aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their volunteer shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Faire is required.
- Volunteers are encouraged to arrive in costume, but we can loan you one if you don't have one.
- The Faire is rain or shine. Please plan to dress accordingly to weather changes.
- We will provide light snacks and beverages.
- Many of the volunteer positions may require standing for upwards of 5 hours. Please let us know on the volunteer application if you need special accommodations.

Group Volunteer Opportunities:
Organizations that wish to volunteer as a group can fill out our group volunteer form at this link. Larger groups will be split into different tasks.

- Greeter: Distribute programs and greet guests as they come to enjoy the magic of the Hoggetowne Medieval Faire. Manage the lines at the front gate and point guests in the right direction.
- Ticket Taker/Scanner: Take/scan tickets at the entrance gate.
- Booth Sitter: Individually greet artisans and relieve them for breaks by watching over their booth.
- Survey Taker: Engage visitors with a brief two-minute survey.
- Kids Kingdom: Lend a hand at the Kids Kingdom where young nobles of the realm can create crafts and engage in activities with their families.
- Guest Relations: Aid staff at guest relations by handing out programs, answering questions, and facilitating the King's Quest game.
- Cleanup Crew: Using provided trash pickers and bags, patrol the fairground area to pick up and dispose of litter, ensuring that our event remains clean and enjoyable for all attendees.
- Although we will do our best to honor positions preferences, volunteers may be assigned to any position depending on need.
